It’s a challenging time to be an educator, and the way we navigate those challenges can light us up or burn us out. As a researcher and resilience trainer, I help educators develop the inner resources to stay longer, grow stronger, and recapture the joy in teaching. I also help school and district leaders develop cultures that support educator resilience.
As an active researcher, my original research is the foundation of the Teacher Recharge Framework. The 3 components of the framework (relationships, reframing, and resilience) are the keys to increased engagement and retention. I teach these keys in my talks and trainings.
