I’ll be your guide along the way, leading the learning, providing feedback, and cheering you on. We’ll end our cycle with an assessment and celebrate your progress.

Your 90 day growth cycle will be customized just for you. However, I only work in my areas of expertise. My research is focused on teacher resilience and engagement. We know that engaged, resilient teachers stay in the profession longer and make a more consistent impact on student outcomes. Often, the best way to help our students is to care for their teachers.
