How can the Teacher Recharge Framework help?
Teaching is difficult work. Trying to meet the needs of 25 (or more) individual students with different strengths, struggles, goals, and interests can be overwhelming. It’s natural to feel tired at times. It’s normal to feel discouraged at times. But feeling overwhelmed and exhausted over an extended period can lead to burnout, which poses a threat to a teacher’s physical and mental health. That’s why I created the Teacher Recharge Framework, to help you navigate challenges in ways that light you up instead of burn you out. The framework is focused on 3 areas, building relationships, reframing challenges, and cultivating resilience. Relationships, reframing, and resilience are the pillars of the Teacher Recharge Framework.
